1. Instrument Introduction
ZY6020 oxygen bomb (air) bomb aging test chamber is suitable for wire and cable, rubber (plastic, artificial leather) insulation and sheath, and other polymer materials under the pressure and temperature specified, oxygen and compressed air medium Aging experiment. The instrument meets the requirements of GB/T2951.2-2008 and JB/T4278.9 test standards in structure and performance.
2. Structure
The instrument is mainly composed of air bomb (oxygen bomb) stainless steel tank box and electric control cabinet. The appearance is as follows:
(1) The tank box mainly consists of outer box body, heat insulation layer, heater, constant temperature aluminum sleeve, stainless steel pressure tank, sample tray, overpressure automatic protection device, stainless steel countertop and so on.
(2) Electrical control cabinet, mainly composed of cabinet, power distribution chassis and gas distribution chassis.

4. Test Conditions
(1) Materials with substantially different compositions should not be tested at the same time.
(2) There is no contact between the samples and between the sample and the tank wall.
(3) The effective volume of the sample in the tank should be no more than 1/10.
(4) Oxygen should be no less than 97% pure industrial oxygen (user-supplied), and air should be air without oil and moisture (user-owned air compressor).
(5) Oxygen bomb test temperature: 70℃, pressure: 2.1MPa±0.07 MPa
(6) Air bomb test temperature: 127℃, test pressure: 0.55 MPa±0.02 MPa
5. Matters Needing Attention
(1) This machine is equipped with a safety explosion-proof system. The safety burst pressure is 2.7-3Mpa/cm2. Do not exceed this safety pressure range when using. In addition, the instrument needs to be managed by a dedicated person. Do not place it in the same test room as other valuable instruments or equipment that should not be placed with it.
(2) The installation of this equipment must be close to the test gas, which is convenient for testing. At the same time, the equipment installation must have a single-phase 220V AC power supply for its use.
(3) After the test equipment is finished, the power should be turned off in time. During the test, the equipment should be grounded reliably to prevent electric shock.
(4) After the test is over, it is necessary to organize the test equipment in time to keep the equipment clean and dry.
